YCMHS will be involved in a paperless reporting pilot for grades 9 to 12 beginning with the April mid-term report card, and we invite you to participate in this pilot. You will have the opportunity to opt in to accessing a paperless report card in place of a paper copy, and if you wish to, you will also be able to print the report card from home, or if you prefer, to save the report card as a PDF document for your future reference. The report card will be accessible to you online in the Parent Portal.
In addition to housing report cards, the Portal also provides parents/guardians with detailed access to student attendance, assessments, current and previous school year grades, and scheduling. The Portal gives you the ability to stay informed about your child’s educational program unlike ever before.
