The Canada Wide Science Fair (CWSF) took place at Carleton University in Ottawa from May 13-18.

The Tri-County participants qualified for the CWSF as a result of finishing top three in our regional science fair that was held at NSCC Burridge Campus on April 4th.

The three participants travelling with us were Eli Wood (gr. 12 at YCMHS), Abigail Stanton (gr. 9 at Digby Regional High) and Rafael Pedro (gr.8 at Shelburne Regional High).

As a result of placing top three at our regional fair, each student received an all-inclusive trip to the CWSF.

The PDF attachments contain information on each of our three students’ projects.   The information was taken from the project directory section of the CWSF website. We are very proud of our three  Tri-County students for all of the hard work and dedication put forth in following the scientific method resulting in their wonderful projects!
