How do I get to my TCRCE O365 e-mail account?

You can access your TCRCE O365 e-mail account by going to outlook.office365.com. Login using your same TCRCE username and password (john.doe@tcrce.ca).


My Phone Won't connect to my O365 E-mail


To re-connect (or connect) to your TCRCE e-mail using a Samsung phone (using the built-in e-mail app), you can do the following: 

  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap General and then tap Accounts. … (Delete any existing TCRCE account)
  • Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
  • Enter your TCRCE email address and password. …
  • Enter the Domain/username as username@tcrce.ca. …
  • Tap OK.


To re-connect your TCRCE e-mail using an iPhone (using the built-in e-mail app), you can do the following:

  • Tap Settings.
  • Tap Passwords & Accounts
  • Tap your existing e-mail account
  • Tap the e-mail address
  • Edit your username to be your full e-mail account (john.doe@tcrce.ca)
  • Save and close
What's With This "Focused Inbox" and "Other" in My E-mail Inbox?

By default, O365 Outlook Web configures your e-mail with something called “Focused Inbox”. This setting uses algorithms to separate what it deems to be important e-mails for you. Less important items are placed under the “Other” tab. To disable this feature, click the settings “cog” in the top right and toggle the “Focused Inbox” button off.








In addition, I also prefer to disable conversation view.
