We are excited to share TCRCE’s System Improvement Plan with you. The plan outlines where TCRCE currently is in a number of areas, and our plan to improve. This is a first iteration, meaning that we see the plan as a ‘live’ document that will adapt to feedback we receive. As we monitor and measure the results of our actions, we will use the evidence we collect to adjust the plan accordingly.
