February is African Heritage Month and we invite you to join us this month, and all the months that follow, as we kick off our Black History 365 campaign.
The Black History 365 campaign will focus on recognizing the inspirational stories of local and historical Black figures throughout the month of February and beyond.
Our first local figure is Deputy Mayor of Yarmouth, and African-Nova Scotian Student Support Worker, Steve Berry who has recently been recognized as one of CBC’s 2023 Black Changemakers.
