The Property Services Department is responsible for the day to day operations of our schools and other board facilities including but not limited to implementing and maintaining computers and servers, fire safety and other regulatory requirements, and energy management systems etc.
The department has three divisions:
- Facility Maintenance (Tradespersons)
- Facility Maintenance (Custodial/Grounds)
- Information Technology Infrastructure
Our snow plowing services is a contracted service that ensures safe access to our facilities during the winter months.
The property services department handles approximately 4000 work requests per year.
This department is committed to the safe and comfortable use of our facilities by staff, students, and visitors by using the latest technology in energy management systems, and training of our staff in the field they work.
